Might be baby acne. My newborn had red bumps/patches on her face from few days old onwards and it’s starting to improve now when she’s 5 weeks old. We also apply Mustela face cream (eczema range) for her.
If there is discharge or pus, please bring to doc. Its normal to have rash but not discharge or pus.
