Placenta too low and baby horizontal position

Any mummies experience with placenta too low and baby horizontal position at 32 weeks. Why and what's the risk. Can share#pleasehelp #advicepls This is my #5 and i don't want to have csection as all my kids was normal vaginal deliver.#plsadvice #bantusharing
