Hi mummies, been wondering how do you cope with pelvic and back pain while working?
I understand its hard to get HL when you’re with subsidies with kkh.
I have put on pregnancy belt too but it does not work.
So stressful

Try to sit upright as much as you can :) take regular breaks to get water or go to the loo every 45 min! If you’re desk bound, stretch out your feet while sitting down and flex your ankles
