For advice on the nausea :)

Hi mummies, appreciate if you can share tips on what type of mints/food/drinks had helped you with the nausea? I'm week 6 and the nausea is random and usually happens in office (I assume it's the different smells). Trying to keep it unannounced until after the 1st tri, but the nausea will be a big giveaway haha.

Hi.. there is a brand for sweets called sugarless confectionary. I bought the ginger flavoured candies, it has been helpful.

Mine was not letting my stomach go hungry. So i always snack. But i dont vomit, just keep gagging

try getting nausea meds from ur gynae. and keep some sour plum on you if it helps
