Kkh Bill & cash

Hi Mummies, anyone can share their kkh bill and cash outlay for your delivery? My last birth was 6 years back so I want to know a rough gauge. My SIL just gave birth in Feb 23, they had to pay 5.3k for mum n bby for 3 day stay, B1. Is this normal? Seems a bit high. Thanks!
