Cervix check and bloody show

Hi mummies anyone did cervix check but not dilated yet. However got bloody show? How long will the bloody show last? I did cervix check ytd and nurse told me that it is normal to have bloody show and I did see it. But not sure how long it will last?

My gynae ever mention that bloody show may appear a wk or longer before but not to worry if no contraction.. if worried suggest check wif gynae.. i had brown discharge and slowly become abit red.. didnt noe i was having contraction when my tailbone hurt badly
