Your body is gradually recovering from childbirth. Any change in your weight is normal now. Usually, women lose weight quickly when they are breastfeeding. Some people gain weight because they eat too much. The body tries to make up for the energy lost and requires more nutrients than usual. In general, it is all individual. Three months after giving birth, I weighed 15 kilos more than I did before pregnancy. I was depressed. I didn't want to torture my body with different diets, so I went straight to a specialist for help. I took the medical weight loss Bethlehem PA program. Thanks to the quality approach, I achieved my goal. https://medicalweightlosslehighvalley.com/

It takes time for our bodies to adjust after birth :) Give yourself time! Your body may still be in overdrive and burning a lot of calories daily from caring for baby. I’ve heard that maternal milk (like Enfamama, Similac etc) helps. High-calorie foods like nuts, avocadoes also can help with weight gain.
