Sleep for awhile

Hi mummies! My 3 weeks old son will only sleep for atleast 10mins not even 30mins or an hour during the day and will cry alot at night. Help need advice! TIA.

I had this exact issue back when my lo was a nb. I googled everything I can think of only to realise I wasn't following wake windows ? Next day I tried to stick to wake windows n never had that issue anymore
