Week 6 with Heartburn & Nauseousness

Hi Mummas, Am at Week 6 Day 3, initially I only had heartburns but started experiencing nauseousness lately. It’s so bad that despite eating lesser portions, I still end up vomiting. My antenatal check-up is only on 1st November. Any tips on how I can relief the nauseousness? And home remedies too as I’m still working at this point 😩

I drink those instant cereal drinks to keep me “full”, peanut butter bread, etc. The empty the stomach the more nauseous you’ll feel. And do not eat full meals too. Small meals & snacks in between helps. Now in my 9 weeks, I feel like it just gotten worst.. 🥴🥴 endure & survive mommy!

Try more liquids if solid food doesn’t go down well. Can try fruit juice, milk, oat milk, porridge water, Ribena, or just lemon squeezed in water. Important to keep up with some nutrients! Can try Meiji plain biscuits with milo dip.
