Hi moms n dads , My 11mths lo have this rash at the back of his neck and been scratching since then , any idea what causes the rash?

Can you share a photo of the rash pls? Otherwise hard to help diagnose. It could be a sweat rash, eczema or a heat rash. Does ur child seem sick, with any other symptoms? Runny nose, fever, pulling at her ears, diarrhea or vomiting?
