10 months pp

Hi moms, I gave birth early jan and baby is 10 months now. I left my prev job abruptly because I wasn’t ready to work. I recently joined a job in August. But on and off I feel drained. Work is tiring bcos I teach, baby has been in ifc but other than that, I’m the only caregiver for baby. I’ve been skipping work a lot because I feel drained out. I get stressed on every other day worrying about money but hating my job. To be fair, my pregnancy journey was tough, led baby to be premie. Everything was tough, idk what to feel but I think I’m burned out or at my wits end. Is this ppd? Am I experiencing it? #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby #FTM

take it easy mummy. you are doing great. its never easy being a working mum and I'm sure all of us would have days being all tired and worn out. please do get help from family and friends, give yourself a day off and do things that you like to recharge. our babies need happy mummies! jiayou 💪

hi mummy, wondering if u could explore pausing on work or doing work remotely so u reduce the intensity of ur current job. As it is alot u have on ur plate..

Have quality breaks in between and allow others to help you mummy. It can be overwhelming sometimes but your baby needs a happy mummy.
