Sore nipples

Question

Hello moms , how many of u experiences sore nipples , as my baby is 27 days for today , I still feel pain while latching .. it’s really hurting badly , I am even crying every time . Scared to feed ,  some times pump n giving .. any mom experienced the same ? How long it takes to normal feeding without any pain . I guess my nb latching very hardly , initially it’s bleed coz of cracked . #advicepls

To reduce pain, apply cool compresses to your nipples after breastfeeding. Gel pads can also be used on dry nipples. If your nipples are very sore, placing breast shields inside your bra to prevent contact between clothes and nipples may help. Use proper breast support.
