How to make purée?

Hi moms how do you make purée? If you freezed the mashed fruit how do make it hot and how do you add breast milk? What steamer do you use?

avent steamer. the simplest is to just use a pot with water and put the bowl in it to steam. breast milk can add before serving

Thanks! Can add cold bm /frozen bm that was thawed that day yes? Do you need to warm it up first?
