What meds should I take?

Hello Mommy's, tanong ko lang po ano kaya pwedi inumin for headache, dry cough and fever? alam ko kasi di pwedi uminom ng meds pag buntis eh :( btw, I'm 6months pregnant po. Salamat po :)

pacheck up po kayo agad baka may infection po kayo. the ob knows what meds you can take. drink lots of water din po.
