First of all, congratulations!๐ŸŽ‰ I just gave birth 2 weeks ago too and currently my baby is drinking 70ml per feed. Things that help to increase my supply: Green papaya soup Plenty of water / soup Salmon Positive & happy mood (I play word puzzle, watch comedy or my baby's video/photo when pumping to relax my mind) Don't fret over low output, celebrate small wins (that at least you still have 40ml ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ) Plenty of rest What is your pumping session like? For my case, I notice I yield more breastmilk if I pump 10min - rest 5min - pump 15min for every session rather than a straight 15/25min session.

Every baby is different, my baby only drinks 40-70ml per feed and even at 7mo still drinking 100ml ๐Ÿ˜… Drink lots of water! Before pumping, during pumping, after pumping. Can try out sunflower lecithin and milk boosters from legendairy milk and most importantly, donโ€™t stress over the amount (during pumping/after pumping). If not enough, just top up with fm. I only managed to transit to full BM at 1.5m ๐Ÿ˜Š
