about first period

Hello mommies When did you all get your first period after having a baby? My LO is 3 n half months old and I just got my period. I have heard many gets after a year Does it has anything related to milk supply? Iam a breast feeding mom btw

9months pp. Some moms said the bm during period will taste different too but yes it'll definitely affect supply temporarily
