Tips to deal with 3rd Trimester woes.

Mommies & soon to be mommies - how do you deal with mid - late 3rd trimester woes while working? I can't for the life of me go to work a single week w/o taking an mc. It's always either sore pains, back pains, headaches or woke up late cos insomnia. I go to bed at 1030pm and still wakes up at 3am and then can't fall back asleep. WFH is a no no in my company- such bs. Tips please!

I don’t have WFH as well because my company don’t believe in it 🙄 and worked all the way till week 38. Delivered at week 39. To be honest, thinking back now, I don’t know how I get through it but it’s probably all about how you try to press on and endure. Thinking I need a job and money helped me too 😂 you will be surprised by yourself on how you did it too. I was always sleepy at work because I couldn’t sleep well at night. I will take a quick and short nap during lunch break if possible. Even 5-10 minutes is satisfied for me. Nevertheless, just try your best and press on your baby. Jia you!
