Heat rashes or eczema?

Hi mommies, can someone share with me, is this normal? My LO cheeks have red patches/ rashes and acne. Isit because of milk? He is on FM. How to treat or get rid of this rashes.

Try use warm water and cotton pad to clean . It might reduce the swelling..
