Soap and lotion for sensitive skin

Hello mommies, any recommendations po which soap and lotion ang best for my toddler’s sensitive skin? Meron po siyang skin asthma (contact dermatitis) and now na healing na yung allergies niya nagda-dry yung skin niya , naghahanap lang po idea which product is the best.
