it's extra burden to check every single thing CN do, I will rather do it myself not all are trained on things like how they handle food, handle breastmilk baby hygiene etc, most of them do it base on their own experiences, as shared by the CN, they are not really train by the agency and agency don't really care customer feedback after deposit is collected unless customer insisted to exchange or terminate service my CN use her mobile most of the time, she will take my baby photo(without me knowing it and asking for permission) and also showed me a lot of her previous client's photo. Agency replied this is not within their control, CN has all the right to build rapport with the clients
