Jamu masseuse

Hi mommies, I’m a FTM currently at week 17. Typically when should we start to engage Jamu masseuse and should the massage be done during or after confinement? Thanks!

some mum start at 5mths above coz pregnant mum have water retention.. or some start when they think their baby is strong enough..
