constantly hungry first tri

hello mommies, im 6 weeks pregnant and with my first pregnancy i had no to zero appetite at all and always nauseous and vomiting. my second pregnancy right now i keep having this constant hunger every 3-4 hrs at least and once my stomach feels "empty" then i'd feel so nauseous and the need to vomit. is this normal? 😩

this is normal. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I had the same symptoms as you for my first pregnancy while for my 2nd pregnancy I was easily hungry every 2 to 3 hours and if I don't fill my stomach I will vomit. I am not sure if it could be due to the gender of the fetus. my first child is a girl and now I am expecting a boy.
