DIET MEAL PLAN FOR 3RD TRIMESTER

Hello mommies, I'm 34 weeks pregnant at 2.2 kg na si baby pasuggest naman kung ano magandang kainin everyday na less sugar pero hindi nakakagutom. Diet Meal Plan po sana, ung possible na hindi aabot ng 3 kg si baby for its last 3-6 weeks. My OB requested na magless sugar at rice ako since panganay din si baby. Thank you!
