Recover csec - walk more ?

Hi mommies, i underwent csect last few days and would like to know, do we need to walk daily slowly, to recover faster ? #FTM

It should “recover” within 2 weeks naturally. Don’t have to specifically do anything. I think you will also be walking around at home since you are looking after ur baby right. Hahaha
