Looks like eczema. Your baby could be allergic to something. Have you tried anything new like food, milk powder, laundry detergent etc? If not, it could be due to dust, pet dander etc. Do see a paediatrician for a proper diagnosis.

Actually newnorn babies cannot use ruyi oil... Too hot... Will make it dry de baby skin...

My baby had this when i apply ruyi oil on her the next day. Did you apply anything?
