Whitening supplement during BF
Hello Mommies, Can anyone advise if eating whitening supplements when u’re still BF your baby safe? I am introduced to this brand Luxxe white from USA.

It says no approved therapeutic claims. So.. there’s no guaranteed benefits.. better to avoid while breastfeeding then. By staying indoors and breastfeeding, we don’t get sun tanned. Hopefully, that helps us stay fairer 😅
