Ringworm or Buni on my Toddler

Hello mommies, my 1 year old has ringworm sa chest and sa batok. Ang dami ko ng ginamot hindi gumagaling. Akala ko simpleng rashes lang, hanggang dumami. I research and I realized it’s ringworm. We’re currently trying Canesten but I want to be sure. My question is saan ko sya pwede dalhin? Regular pedia or my specific pedia ba for skin diseases?
