How often do you have cramps in first trimester?

Hello mommas! How often do you have cramps in first trimester?Im having cramps every now and then. There’s no spotting or bleeding just white watery discharge (think its normal). Taking duphaston 3 times a day. Thanks everyone!

it’s normal cos uterus is expanding. dont compare with other mummies because it’s pregnancy is different and don’t worry so much

It’s normal to have cramps on and off especially in first trimester. For me it happened more often during early weeks of pregnancy
