Foods to boost milk supply

Hi mom I’m a low supply mummy anyone know any food or drinks to boost milk supply? #firstmom #advice

nurse/pump consistently every 3 hrs to tell your body that there's demand for milk, and your body will adjust to make more. other tips tt I find useful - drink a lot of water. After every pump, I drink a full mug of water. this is on top of whatever I drink throughout the day - power pumping
