Just keep calm, be positive, take a breather, have me time when you can, get helping hand like in law/parents/siblings/spouse. Be happy with the current pregnancy you are carrying and with your first child. We must know why we choose this path eventhough sometimes it is out of our planning (God/Allah choose us) so be happy about it. The more we are sad, angry, etc then the more we are facing the stress and challenges ahead of us.
