ogtt is to test if you have gestational diabetes. it is done as one of the routine test while pregnant. you need to do fasting a night before your laboratory test. once you are in the lab, they will extract blood. you will be given a sugar solution to drink. then they will extract blood again after 1hr and 2hrs. so 3x extraction of blood.
