Insomnia in my 25 weeks Pregnancy

Hi mga Momshies! I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and I have trouble sleeping these past few days. Ang lala ng insomnia ko, I get to usually sleep at around 3-4AM na tapos nagigising ako ng 7-8AM para kumain then back to sleep nanaman hanggang afternoon. Normal lang ba yon? I’m worried kasi baka mapano si baby sa sleep cycle ko. :( #pleasehelp #firstmom #PAHELPMOMSHIES

same hereeee ganyan ako last month momsh, pero nagbago sabi lang ng doc ko if gusto mo mabalik yung sleep cycle mo iwasan mo matulog sa hapon para antukin ka ng gabi

normal yan sis hanggang paglbas ni baby puyat na kaya sleep as much as u can sis basta mag exercise pdin
