Mga momsh effective ba ang injectable for family planning? Or mas okay ang pills?

Kung depo mas rerecommend ko ang pills, depo injectable kasi nakakapagbago ng hormones yan at nagpoprone ng cyst dahil di ka magkakaroon based din sa OB ko ang depo after 4 shots need ipacheck ang buto dahil pinapahina nyan kaya much better IUD, Implant o pills.

ako nag depo nagka period parin ako. 4 weeks palang after birth nag pa inject ako. Tas nov 6 naka mens ako up to now
