Rice & ulam VS Overnight Oats. Sana may sumagot thank you !

Hello mga momsh! Ano po ba ang hindi mas nakaka laki kay baby ? Yung 3x a day ako mag rice (1 cup rice & Ulam ) or 3x a day ako naka oats (oats,low fat milk, fruits “banana,mangga or raisins” ang madalas nasa oats ko ) ? Nasa 3rd trimester na po kasi ako at sabi nila ito daw yung time na mas madali lumaki si baby. Nung CAS ko kasi nung 27weeks ako is 1.5 estimated fetal weight ni baby. Ngayon 29weeks na ako Thank you ! Lahat ng lab test ko normal walang prob. concern lang po talaga ako kay baby baka magulat nalang ako malaki na sya masyado. how about you mixed both maybe overnight oats for bfast and rice for lunch and dinner. or rice for bfast and lunch and overnight oats for dinner.
