Binder is it effective?

Hi mga momsh 5 mos PP po pero till now malaki pa din tyan ko. Effective po ba pampaliit ng tummy yung mga binder like in the picture and how often do i need to use it po? 📸From shein

yes. sakin lumiit tyan ko pero hindi naman naflat. pero malaki din ung nawala. gumamit ako 2 weeks after ko manganak. normal delivery ako

temporary lng po effect nila
