yes normal lang naman but not to the extent na yung pain hanggang balakang..take ka na ng pampakapit kapag ganon.. siguro need mo rin mag exercise momshy like konting lakad kapag morning..

Yes po kpag panay lakad. Pero pag nasa bahay lang wala naman po so far.
