hi marami factor po need i consider sa breastfeeding hindi lang po nag depends sa sabaw. 1. calorie intake atleast 2300-2500 per day. 2. supplements, i take 2 fishoil 1 ascorbic and continous pa rin un calciumade. sobrang importante ng calcium( pwd rin malunggay capsule or natalac) 3. keep hydrated, kpag nag breastfeed dpt po lagi kang may katabi water in my experience kpag nagstart na ko mag breastfeed mauuhaw at mauuhaw ka tlg so dpt lagi ka my ready water para d ma affect supply at ma kontento si bb. 4. sabaw galing sa totoong pagkain not za instant noodles. sinigang tinola.bulalo nilaga. Balanced nutrition din po Veggies and fruits 5. support ng m2 malunggay, buko, pocari. pwd rin magkape limit into 2 cups per day lang 6. wag paka stress at pakapagod as it affects your supply. 7.
