Numb fingers and swelling hands

Hi mga mommies. 37 weeks here. Meron ba dito na same saken na ngnanumb ung fingers. Is it normal? Been struggling for almost 2 weeks now. Paga na ung kamay ko. My check up po is on tuesday pa. What to do if its normal?
