Hi mommy... although extended breastfeeding is recommended and healthy for baby, at 1yo ay solid foods na po dapat ang main source of nutrition ni baby dahil hindi na sapat ang milk lang to sustain their growing needs and energy. Sanayin na po kumain ng solids para mabusog agad, para for comfort na lang ang pagbreastfeed nya ☺️ Or if ngayon lang naman po yan, baka it's just a phase ni baby.
