depende sa panlasa at budget mo. anmum or enfamama is good pero pricey also yung lasa, nung buntis ako sa 2nd ko di ko type parang malansa unlike sa 1st ko adik ko sa anmum/enfamama choco. so i switched to arla organic milk or minsan bearbrand adult plus, or almond/soymilk. now im 3months postpartum at ok na ok baby ko nung nilabas ko.
