Big head & abdoment circumference

Hello mga mi. First time mom here. Kakapa utz ko lang kasi. This is my final utz since CS na ko next week ( breech + may myoma rin kasi ako). I noticed na halos magkasing laki yung abdominal & head circumference ng bb ko. Based sa measurements, pang 39 and 40 weeks yung ganyang AC & HC. Im worried kasi baka may macrocephalic sha. Halos same size din kasi yung head and abdomen. Not sure if sign sha ng abnormality or complication. Next week pa yung ffup ko sa ob ko since naka leave sha ang babalik sakto a days before ang CS namin. 😥😥 By LMP, 38 wks na ko.
