Denial of MBA

Hi mga mi. Ask ko lang po if final na po ba itong sinend ng sss? Kasi pumunta ako sa office nla dati para iconfirm if pasok pa yung babayaran ko na contri para maka avail ng matben and they said yes and to pay for certain months. And now finally i gave birth and this is their response 😔 nag try kasi ako ulit mag send online pero they are not allowing me na since it is already denied daw po. Would appreciate your response mga mi. #pleasehelp
