Nagtake ako ng Gaviscon Double Action as per OB. Pero tinake ko lang sya ng ilang beses, nagtry ako na uminom ng warm water before and after meal. Naging effective naman sya sakin, hindi na ako nagtake ng Gaviscon. Tsaka try sitting upright after meal, yung posture kasi nakaka-apekto rin. ☺️
