Philhealth and SSS maternity benefits

Hi mga Mamshie! Working po ako from January until March 2019. Meron din po hulog both Philhealth at SSS ko. First work ko din po yun. Eventually, nagresign na ko. Ang due date ko ng delivery is February 6, 2020. Since last month, pinagbayad na po ako ng voluntary contribution ng partner ko sa philhealth. Yung sa SSS naman, diko alam kung pwede pa mag voluntary kasi diko nahulugan un April at June. Ang tanong ko po, entitled pa ba ako maka-avail sa philhealth at sss ng maternity benefits nila?
