FBS 10HRS FASTING

mga mamsh kapag magpapa fasting blood sugar ka po ba ng tomorrow morning, during 10hrs fasting, kahit tubig hindi po pwede uminom?? and ok lang po ba lumagpas sa 10hrs yung fasting before magpa fbs?
