Hot calamansi juice lang ako dati and hot bath. Gargle din ng Bactidol for sore throat or warm water with salt. Paracetamol pag medyo malala na. Ask your OB din if may pwede siya irecommend. Pinayagan ako mag benadryl for allergic rhinitis
