Mera 8 month chal raha hai kabhi kabhi vomiting aur constipation ka problem ho raha hai Kyu is this normal

Yes I'm facing same problem n currently I'm also in 8th month constipation and vomits same problem and it is normal don't worry eat small meals don't eat heavy meals other wise it will give u heart burn godbless u dear have a happy pregnancy time.
