Fever medications good to have spares at home. For small kids, I usually will include suppositories just in case also. But please exercise caution and keep on hand info on alternating use between the various types of fever medications to prevent overdose. And also note the expiry date and when you opened the medicine. From what I know, medicine must throw within 3 months after opening if outside, 6 months if keep in fridge. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
