I carry the usual pain and fever plus cough and cold medications, including my children's specific asthma and allergy medications.

For emergency, yes esp with kids! Its a must. Panadol, handyplus, insect repellent, itch cream, flu med, vicks, thermometer

Yes, we're always prepared. We've learnt form having kids fall sick on vacaytion. It's awful.

we always keep a basic first kit aid with us (paracetamol, bandaids, crepe bands)

Pack the standard like fever, flu stuff and also some digestion meds.

Common problems such as fever, sore throat, flu, cough and diahorrea

I always pack the common medicines like headache and stomache pills
