medela or spectra?

I intended to prep nipple cream, but didn't in the end as I used breastmilk for chapped nips! I use spectra pump parts with philips avent motor as it is hard to find parts for Philips avent! Spectra pump parts available on shopee! https://shopee.sg/product/242594539/7732031072?smtt=0.0.9

Both are ok. Depends the design u are comfy with. You may buy nipple cream before deliver. You can apply breast milk on your nipple area. If got crack / bleed, must let it heal first. Or apply nipple cream
